I have been using the BP Daily Theme which is pretty good.

I have however not been able to work out why the ‘more’ button will only show on articles on the home page.

Please see http://localpaper.co the more button is clearly visible.

However, If you select a category from the upper menu, the more button is now missing from the article excerpts.

I wonder if I have switched off an option but I have been trying for days to find what this could be.

On to the issue at hand, what happens if you choose not to use excerpts on those very pages? Does the “more” item show?

I am thinking that it is/was anticipated that the end user would select the title of the article to read it and I am with you that the “more” would be a good fit.

Please advise about what happens without choosing excerpts for the category post listing or is that not an option?
